Hi! I’m Dr. Christina Caselli, ND.
Hi, I’m Dr. Christina Caselli, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with over a decade of experience as a menopause expert, I am a Menopause Society Member and have hundreds of hours of training in Menopause Management and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
I know firsthand the powerful role nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management, and hormones play during menopause—both as a doctor and as a woman navigating this transition myself. As a lifelong outdoorswoman, I’ve seen how deeply menopause can impact health and well-being.
I created this program to empower you to take control of your menopause journey, giving you the support every woman deserves. My mission is to help you not just survive—but thrive—through this transformative stage of life.
